Shipping Policy

All items sold are on demand and made to order, there are 3 processes in which your order will go through. Some items may experience fulfillment delays (although rare) these circumstances can be inconvenient. As all items are made on demand and we are relying on a separate fulfillment company (Printful.com) to create and ship your product, we appreciate your understanding if such delays happen.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Generally it takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. From this point, shipping time depends on shipping method selected, product availability, and delivery destination.

Delivery

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. You will be notified when your order has shipped with tracking information if the shipping chosen at checkout includes tracking information. The shipping is provided by printful.com. Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy if the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we DO NOT accept returns for any other reasons. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Josh@thepathwayprogram.com. If your return is accepted, we request that you send your item back. Once the the item is received we will issue a refund. Customer is responsible for cost to ship the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Printful will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
